I realise how tough it is to be a coach.

Coaches get curse& curse
for punishing people
or give intensive trainings.
If we get Champs.
We thank the coaches.
but they recieved years and years of curses.

Boss told me a story today.
first he asked me& huinie if we hated him for giving us those punishments and trainings.
We both nodded and said sometimes.
then he said
"but you guys have no choice,
unless you quit."

He said few years back,
one of our seniors,
thought that he didnt know English.
& she curse Boss for 1 year
Then one day, she bought a Harry Potter book
and brought it to training.
Then Boss ask her to lend him the book.
The she said " Coach, there's no pictures in the book, all english words"(in chinese)
Then Boss ask her to hand him the book and he read the english words for her.
she was so surprise.& said
"You know English? That means you know all the while i have been cursing you?"
*laughs*

Today, damn funny.
We were training our jie'ing of balls.
Then 1 doing, the rest must pick balls.
Then coach counting 1,2,3,4,........19,20
Then 21,22,23,24,.. in chinese.
Then Sarah was like.
" why Boss suddenly change to Chi, he dont know Eng from 20 onwards arh?"
Hahas! then Boss count 25,26,27,28,29,30 in English.
Funny man!

& PingPong's my bodyguard.
I'm hers too!

Almost everything I'm blogging about is all about volleyball.
Cause I'm like playing volleyball everyday :D
Lots & lots of lesson learnt!

Today,
first U16 match against our senior.
1st set: 10-25
2nd set: 5-25
Eventhough we lost badly, but we gained experience.
We are the only team sent in for U16.
So, coaches said
"joining U16 is just to gain experience and see where you got to improve on."

Went Admiral play bball.
Was damn tired.
Went cycling.
When pok cycled me, she lost control and bang against a pole.
She had blue-black and a little bleeding.

"Sorry ahpok! 我不是故意的！ Recover quick.
Dont Worry, your BF would still want you :D "

Saw the YTSS guy walk past.
& he said he saw me at Hougang Sports Hall.

He might make mistake, but his old already right?

I know you guys were not in a very good mood,

If there's any mistake, just tell him.
He was not with us when we were training the position thing
that's why he dont know our position.
Just tell him, and he will allow us to do it our way.

I really hope the mental training would help.
All of us were very pissed and confused during the game.
But who is gonna control your emotion other than yourself!
If this carry on, i really dont know what would happen.
When everyone gets tense up, we cant get our head into the game.

Holidays are here!
I'm packed with trainings!
except for Wed&Sun.
Very tiring this few days.
Went dragon boating yesterday.
& i guess i over-reacted and im having a serious back pain!
Shall not elaborate.

Reason being: I'm lazy.
& my brain's not working well. XD

Wednesday's training was GOOD man!
before training was fun too :D
Had Fun with elaine,joey,Kim,Xinping and Chantelle.
:D
I finally can start wacking balls and DAFANG with SARAHKIM!
Everything was fine.
My wacking of balls was fine.
But everything suck when I started playing match with the senior.
I was like dammit stress la.
PHHOOF!
Not to blame seniors, is myself la.
I too tensed la.

TODAY was GREAT!
Jean n POK came my house at 8plusA.M today,
then we went jogging :D
Me n Jean jog from my house till SEmbawang! We even ran to admiral court :D
The Sun was damn intense.
We were sweating like ....(alotalotalot)
Ran for 2 hrs plus, then went home to bathe n stuffs,
went to watch HouseBunny!
The show is bimbotic,funny,the story line was nice.
OVERALL: NICE!!!
Then 3 plus, went eat Sakae.
All my running went to waste.
I plan to slim down.
LMAO.
Ate Sakae Buffet, and not even 2 hrs later,
I went another buffet with my family to celebrate Mum's birthday.
My stomache was bursting la.
Wanna vomit vomit liddat...
Was fine after awhile.
V tired now. XD
